Microsoft and JBC Computer Training Ltd have agreed to work together to deliver the first line of learning for the Microsoft Partner Apprenticeship, technical support, in view of the proven demand from partners for this skill at an apprenticeship in addition to graduate level.

Will I be paid whilst I am on this programme?

No. The programme is fully funded; if you are offered a place on the programme you will not have to pay anything.
Am I eligible to apply for this programme?
You must be 16-18 years of age and be a UK citizen to be eligible.

What is the selection process for this programme?
If you wish to apply, you first need to contact us by filling in the application online. On the basis of your online application you may then be invited to an assessment open day. On the day we meet you in person and you get to look round our facilities. Any offer of a place on the programme will then be made to you in writing after your visit.
Is this programme right for me?
If you are keen to get into employment at the earliest opportunity and you have an interest in working in the IT industry then this programme is right for you.
Is accommodation provided?
No. Accommodation is not provided so you need to live within travelling distance of our facility in Coventry.
Can I do the programme part-time?
No. The programme is full-time for a minimum of 7 months so you need to be able to commit to attend full-time for this duration.
Will I be an employee of JBC whilst I am on the programme?
Yes. You will be an employee of JBC whilst you are on the programme (28 weeks)
How long does the programme take to complete?
The programme takes 7 months (28 weeks) to complete.
Will I be given employment after I complete the training?
Whilst you are on the programme JBC will be helping you to secure further employment for when you complete the programme. It is our aim that you enter employment as soon as possible upon completion.
What qualifications will I gain?
You will gain the advanced Apprenticeship qualification and work towards a range of Microsoft and Cisco industry qualifications. The exact qualifications you achieve will be dependant on your progress during the programme.
